About the role

This position covers the Northern Colorado Springs and Monument territory. Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union merged in January 2026, creating expanded resources and opportunities while maintaining a strong commitment to member service and community impact. Both organizations are recognized for operational excellence, financial stability, and philanthropic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Business Prospecting: Focus on businesses with highly complex to novel needs. Originate and grow a portfolio of business relationships (credit and depository) to meet individual and team goals. Initiate member credit applications through high-impact prospect calls and complete financial data collection. Identify prospects in target markets, create and manage prospect lists, and track daily, weekly, and monthly progress using CRM tools and credit union systems.
• Relationship Management: Conduct meetings with existing business members to retain and grow revenue. Provide financial advice, maintain profitable relationships, and secure suitable deposit, loan, and treasury products. Monitor portfolios, detect early warning signs of problem credits, and report risks to minimize credit loss.
• Networking: Build relationships with referral sources through networking activities, trade shows, and chamber meetings.
• Collaboration: Provide ongoing business education to service centers, including daily huddles with staff. Attend division meetings and training. Collaborate with internal partners to ensure cross-sale penetration of member relationships and referrals to other credit union departments.
• Compliance: Adhere to Wings policies, procedures, and Bank Secrecy Act regulations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience required. 3+ years in a business-to-business role within a financial institution with a focus on outbound sales preferred.
• Certifications: Driver's license required.

Pay

$88,649 to $97,968 annually (S16) plus monthly incentives. On-Target Earnings (OTE) incentives: $12,000 annually. Car allowance: $6,240 annually. Final compensation determined by work experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and internal pay equity.
