Business Attorney

Full-service law firm specializing in business transactions and litigation is seeking a Senior Attorney to join their team in Portland, OR. This role offers the opportunity to step into an active practice with a mix of transactional and litigation work, including general business, real estate, and employment-related matters, within a collaborative and flexible team environment.This firm offers strong compensation potential (quarterly collections bonuses), low billable target of 1400, flexible work arrangements, free parking, and more.In this role you will:Handle a mix of business transactional and litigation matters.Advise clients on general business issues and transactions.Manage business disputes, including real estate and employment-related matters.Maintain and grow client relationships.Contribute to business development and originations.Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in a small-firm environment.Salary and Benefits: The compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000.
