Business Applications Consultant Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Business Applications Consultant Manager to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead a team responsible for guiding business applications consulting, configuration review, and solution design in support of client delivery. The manager will partner closely with Engagement Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality work, efficient processes, and solutions that align with client needs. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on operational excellence, team development, and delivering strong service outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Applications Consultants and system configuration experts
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and reduce costs
• Conduct configuration review sessions to ensure high-quality solution alignment with client needs
• Serve as the lead product expert for clients and internal stakeholders
• Guide team members in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design activities
• Oversee business analysis deliverables, including requirements and design documentation
• Partner with Engagement Managers to manage project priorities and ensure timely, quality delivery

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• Experience with the product suite strongly preferred

Pay

$100,100 – $185,900 annually
