About the role
Support the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other business applications, particularly PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM platforms. Involved in production user support, business process design, functionality enhancement design and delivery, and quality assurance. Responsible for maintenance, improvement, and support of HR, benefits, payroll, financial departments, and related systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the configuration of the PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM systems.
- Provide production support for end users; assistance and training on effective use of PeopleSoft system.
- Provide analysis, design, development, training, and testing guidance to functional users.
- Maintain and enhance the PeopleSoft system; collaborate with developers and system administrators.
- Coordinate functionality testing for enhancements and upgrades; define test plans and support the end-user testing process; assist in the coordination of troubleshooting processes.
- Collaborate with functional and technical team members, across the enterprise, through the governance and project management processes; lead cross-functional efforts.
- Ensure processes and enhancements comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including coordination and delivery of all regulatory required submissions timely and accurately.
- Apply structured methodologies to guide employees through complex business transitions, including mitigating user acceptance risks, delivering end-user training and written procedures, and coordinating communications.
- Support processes and implementation for improvements within all participating departments, as needed; including human resources, benefits, payroll, accounting, information technology (IT), and query management.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in information systems, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum eight years of demonstrated experience in PeopleSoft, or equivalent, functionality analysis for a multi-site, multi-state company.
- Demonstrated intermediate technology skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, and active listening.
- In-office attendance is essential (not a remote position).
Qualifications
- Highly preferred: focused experience with PeopleSoft system implementation and support for payroll.
- Preferred: demonstrated experience and knowledge of business processes and data relationships between functional areas in the PeopleSoft environment.
