Responsibilities

• Pray for the people of Cherbury with Gainfield and their communities
• Support the local church community in worship and pastoral care
• Engage with the wider village life to support the needs of the community
• Collaborate with other clergy and church leaders to plan and lead services
• Provide pastoral care to members of the congregation

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a parish setting
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in leading worship and pastoral care
• Knowledge of the Bible and Christian theology

Qualifications

• Ordination as a priest in the Church of England
• BA degree or equivalent in a relevant field

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Experience in managing a small team or ministry
