Business and Management Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project

Responsibilities

• Engage advanced language models with business scenarios, analytical and situational questions, and strategy-based exercises.
• Evaluate logical consistency and real-world applicability of model responses.
• Capture reproducible error traces during interactions.
• Provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and reasoning quality.
• Identify and address oversimplification in business process modeling by the models.
• Document failure modes to strengthen model reasoning and practical understanding.

Requirements

• Familiarity with business operations, management principles, organizational behavior, project management, marketing, entrepreneurship, supply chain fundamentals, and strategic planning.
• Experience in business operations, startups, corporate environments, consulting, or project coordination is valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills are encouraged in entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge.
• Clear, metacognitive communication is essential; explicitly articulate reasoning and decision processes.

Qualifications

A background in business administration, management, economics, entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay
