About the Role
Accounting specialists who live and breathe financial reporting, auditing, tax compliance, cost accounting, management accounting, and financial analysis are needed. You will challenge advanced language models on topics like GAAP and IFRS standards, ledger reconciliation, internal controls, cash flow forecasting, tax code interpretation, and budgeting strategies.
Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on real-world accounting scenarios and theoretical financial questions
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
- CPA licensure, experience with financial audits, tax preparation, or ERP systems like SAP or Oracle preferred
Qualifications
Clear, metacognitive communication is essential. You should be able to “show your work” when explaining your reasoning and findings.
