Business Analytics Transformation & Operations Manager
Job Description
Lead strategic initiatives that improve business performance through process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and operational governance. Partner across business, analytics, technology, and operational teams to identify opportunities, align stakeholders, implement scalable solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring initiatives move from concept to sustainable operational practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, visibility, and organizational effectiveness.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and design standardized solutions across teams, functions, and business units.
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with differing priorities, helping teams establish common goals, ownership models, and execution plans.
- Translate business requirements into actionable solutions by partnering with data, analytics, technology, and operational teams.
- Develop governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and management processes that improve execution consistency and accountability.
- Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that support leadership decision-making.
- Drive adoption of new technologies, automation capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
- Manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and workstreams from planning through implementation.
- Create executive communications, project updates, business cases, and presentations that clearly articulate objectives, risks, progress, and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance business operations.
Education And Experience Required
- Typically 6-10 years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
- Advanced university degree (MBA desired) or demonstrable equivalent.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – United States of America: Annual Salary USD 105,500 - 213,500 in California // 92,600 - 213,500 in New Jersey & Texas The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
