About the role

The Business Analytics Lead within the Metrics and Insights IT Group at PNC is responsible for leading analytics processes across multiple functions or business units, using a variety of complex analytical tools to create data-driven solutions. They serve as a mentor to more junior employees, consulting with clients and mentoring consultants on tool and strategy implementation, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product/solution development.

Responsibilities

  • Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation, and enhancements.
  • Aiding peers with guidance on analytic approaches related to more complex solutions.
  • Conceptualizing, developing, and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyzing results and making recommendations for key business partners and senior management, or communicating conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Requirements

Familiarity and experience with Tableau and PowerBI are a plus.

  • Work experience requires a university/college degree with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
