Business Analytics Lead (Business Intelligence Analytics Lead)

About the role

As a Business Analytics Lead, you will lead analytics processes across multiple functions or business units. You will use complex analytical tools to develop data-driven solutions, mentor junior staff members, consult with clients on tool implementation, provide guidance on strategy monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product development. You will determine optimal analytic approaches, support the development and enhancements of analytics solutions, conceptualize solutions for operations and executive decision-making, analyze results, and provide recommendations to key business partners and senior management. You will communicate complex analytical conclusions to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• University or college degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and certifications
• 3+ years of working on projects that intersect with business development in Pega CDH
