About the role
Contact Centre Program Client is seeking two (2) qualified candidates for the position of COVID-19 Business Solutions Analyst for a 1-year contract with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business solutions to address the impact of the pandemic on contact centre operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document client needs and requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in business continuity planning.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on progress and outcomes of projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to data privacy and security.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, including writing and reading comprehension.
- Excellent business etiquette.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn new customer relations and information management systems.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management practices and processes.
- Extensive experience in customer-facing roles.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Strong writing and reading comprehension skills as well as excellent business etiquette.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
