Business Analysts with Healthcare/Hospital experience (Remote)

About the role

Contact Centre Program Client is seeking two (2) qualified candidates for the position of COVID-19 Business Solutions Analyst for a 1-year contract with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business solutions to address the impact of the pandemic on contact centre operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document client needs and requirements.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in business continuity planning.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on progress and outcomes of projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to data privacy and security.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, including writing and reading comprehension.
• Excellent business etiquette.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn new customer relations and information management systems.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management practices and processes.
• Extensive experience in customer-facing roles.
