Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, Finance, or related field
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements
- Gather and validate business and functional requirements
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams
- Analyze data and prepare reports, executive summaries, and presentations
- Track project deliverables, risks, issues, and action items
- Support implementation, requirement validation, and project coordination
