Business Analyst with Workday HCM

About the role

Pinnacle Method Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Workday HCM to join our team. This position will be based in Madison, WI and can be filled on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Access and analyze data from Workday HCM systems to support business process improvements.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance business processes.
• Perform complex data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with IT and business partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system configurations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in Workday HCM.
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience in analysis, design, and/or administration of ERP systems.
• Experience performing complex data analysis and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Experience in higher education settings is a plus.
• Experience with Workday or other cloud ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience with Information Security is a plus.
• Experience mapping business processes is a plus.
• Experience making recommendations for the selection of technology solutions to align with business strategies is a plus.
• General knowledge of HR/Finance/Grants compliance requirements is a plus.
