About the Role

This is a Health & Welfare Benefits Implementation/Migration project. The Business Analyst will support client implementations, benefit-plan migrations, data conversion, and testing to ensure healthcare/benefits administration systems work correctly for each client.

Requirements

• 3+ years Health & Welfare benefits domain experience — must have
• 3+ years Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) / Client Acceptance Testing (CAT) — must have
• Experience with client implementations or platform migrations
• Strong understanding of benefits administration systems
• Ability to interpret requirements and perform analysis
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Strong test case creation, data mining/mock data, defect management, and troubleshooting
• Ability to lead client testing/BAT/CAT, stand-ups, timelines, and defect tracking
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• Agile experience is preferred
