Business Analyst

About the role

This role involves working with business leaders to develop requirements and functional solutions for a project expansion. The position is based in Dallas, TX, and is a contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leads to create business requirements and functional solutions
• Prepare and conduct user acceptance test scenarios
• Support implementation activities and address user queries
• Coordinate with client associates to achieve project goals
• Provide subject matter expertise in specific product subsystems

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in product analysis, with at least 3 years in a business analyst role
• Proficient in mainframe technologies and strong functional and technical skills in specific subsystems
• Ability to suggest and guide clients on industry best practices
• Understanding of software development, maintenance lifecycle, and testing lifecycle
• Good communication, analytical, and mentoring skills
