Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business requirements documentation.

• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and document user requirements.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills
