Business Analyst, Strategic Insights

Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive projects that improve organizational health through improved Yield.
• Create and maintain robust project plans, set goals, and calculate impact to Yield, Bad Debt, and project ROI.
• Communicate project updates to executives and stakeholders, including high-level presentations to VPs and above.
• Monitor team outcomes and findings through data analytics and trend analysis, and develop/implement process improvements.
• Facilitate project team meetings and provide data-driven support.
• Maintain relationships with business partners and provide regular updates on initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc data analytics and deep dives as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience (new or recent graduates with relevant project experience may also be considered).
• Project Management Experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience with data analysis and/or process innovation.
• Strong ability to create and communicate executive-level materials.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Technical and/or statistical understanding (e.g., Netezza, PL/SQL, Tableau, Oracle, Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence, Python, SPSS, Statistical Modeling, etc.).

Qualifications

Pay

The Salary Range for this role is $57,784.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Schedule

This position is 100% remote eligible with quarterly travel required.
