What you'll do

• Partner with Go-to-Market and Customer Experience teams to capture and document business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Work with Operations and Growth Engineering teams to translate requirements into scoped, executable work.
• Manage and refine JIRA projects and backlogs, and track progress against quarterly priorities.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, maintaining accuracy of requirements and supporting delivery of complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, surfacing tradeoffs, dependencies, and impacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and translate business needs into clear, detailed requirements (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria).
• Support informed decisions by analyzing customer impact, technical feasibility, cost, and speed to market.
• Maintain and refine backlogs, support sprint planning, and assist prioritization using Agile methodologies in JIRA.
• Validate that delivered features and enhancements meet documented requirements and acceptance criteria.

Requirements & Analysis

• Translate business needs into clear and detailed requirements.
• Use data to drive decisions.
• Work across cross-functional teams and support delivery of complex initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Jira or similar tools).

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Surfacing tradeoffs, dependencies, and impacts.

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator / manager, product owner or related roles.
• Utilization of AI tools to streamline process, build requirements documentation, and drive efficiencies.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear and detailed requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Prior experience working in Agile environments (Jira or similar tools).
• Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (engineering or science) is a plus.
