Business Analyst Senior

Responsibilities

• Elicitation and analysis of stakeholder business needs using various techniques and conversion into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements.
• Creation and maintenance of software development artifacts such as context diagrams, understanding application interdependencies, dependency mapping, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
• Facilitation of requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs, conducting impact analysis and risk assessments to mitigate issues.
• Creation and execution of test plans and test cases, collaborating with users during User Acceptance Testing.
• Management of the entire Requirements Management Lifecycle, including the creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, establishment of requirements baselines, and management of requirements change control.
• Experience in application or data integration initiatives.

Qualifications

• 36 months of experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts.
• 36 months of experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle.
• 24 months of experience working on application integration or data integration initiatives.
