Business Analyst Senior

About the role

TULK is a boutique consulting firm providing technology and management consulting services to the U.S. Federal Government. Our team supports Defense, Intelligence Community, and National Security clients with mission-focused business operations, program support, communications, data, policy, and management services.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact business analysis, process modernization, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement for U.S. Government mission organizations.
• Provide senior program and project management support, including strategic plans, policies, and SOPs.
• Lead process improvement and re-engineering efforts across business and mission support functions.
• Develop executive-level briefings, talking points, metrics, and recommendations.
• Advise senior leaders and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience in program management, GEOINT or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis.
• Strong leadership, strategic communication, analytical, and program management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and data visualization or reporting tools.
