About the role
The WW Selling Partner Services Central FP&A team seeks a Business Analyst to operate across the breadth of activities we own and drive innovation as we elevate these functions. Our team supports the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of 45,000+ Headcount across the business, associated annual Operating Expenses of ~$2B. You will also support the IMR Program Lead, for SPS Tech Infrastructure OpEx and drive automation projects and AI-scalable tooling to enhance controllership and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable automation and AI-powered tools that transform financial visibility and controllership across Amazon
- Engage directly with Director-level leaders by delivering insights that influence strategic financial decisions
- Pioneer AI-powered financial analytics and automation that positions SPS at the forefront of FP&A innovation
- Design automated systems and tooling that enhance decision-making capabilities throughout Amazon's global operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field
- 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- 3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
