This role will consolidate customer input from surveys, support tickets, chatbot interactions, and social media into meaningful themes and recommendations. You will work closely with marketing, business analysis, and technical teams to identify customer sentiment and emerging trends, translate findings into strategic guidance, and help shape data systems that centralize customer feedback. The ideal candidate combines strong customer insights and text analytics expertise with an understanding of data architecture, NLP, and marketing or media ecosystems. ### Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement methodologies for customer sentiment analysis across surveys, support tickets, chatbot logs, and social media.* Analyze customer feedback to identify recurring themes, trends, and business opportunities.* Evaluate topics such as pricing, product features, and product quality to identify actionable insights.* Partner with marketing and business analysis teams to translate customer insights into business and product strategies.* Produce recurring customer insight reports with clear narratives, data visualizations, and recommendations.* Help design data systems that capture, organize, and centralize customer feedback.* Collaborate with technical teams to support scalable, secure, and compliant customer data ecosystems.* Communicate complex analytical findings and business implications to non-technical stakeholders.* Support customer-focused decision-making through data-driven recommendations. ### Required Qualifications * 5–7 years of experience in customer insights, marketing analytics, business analysis, or a related field.* Proven expertise in customer sentiment analysis and text analytics.* Strong understanding of survey methodology, text mining, and natural language processing (NLP).* Familiarity with marketing and advertising ecosystems, preferably within technology or media environments.* Experience with data architecture or data lake design.* Experience with Microsoft platforms and products such as Azure, Power BI, and Dynamics.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business impact.* Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.* Experience with customer feedback management platforms and chatbot data pipelines.* Background in digital advertising, publishing, or media analytics is valuable.* Must be located in the United States and eligible to work without sponsorship, both currently and in the future. ### Technical Skills * Customer sentiment analysis* Text analytics and text mining* Natural Language Processing (NLP)* Survey analytics* Microsoft Azure* Power BI* Microsoft Dynamics* Data architecture* Data lake design* Customer feedback platforms* Chatbot data pipelines ### Collaboration and Stakeholder Management The Customer Voice Lead will serve as a bridge between customer data and business strategy.
