About The Role We are seeking a skilled AI Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both technical and business units to develop, review, and implement AI solutions that enhance our service offerings and operational processes. You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into actionable AI use cases, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and ethically sound. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within the mortgage servicing or real estate industry, with experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and AI strategy execution.
