Position SummaryP³ Delivery is seeking a business Analyst to support lodging program operations for the Integrated Lodging Program for a large Federal Government agency. The selected candidate must have at least three (3) years of hospitality industry experience. Key ResponsibilitiesReview existing DTMO lodging programs and processesCollect, review, standardize, and report program dataReview data for errors and inconsistenciesSupport DTMO's management of program dataSupport Government or commercial travel programsSupport Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and online booking toolsSupport Ticket Management System (TMS) activitiesCreate dashboards and data visualizationsAnalyze data and identify trends Minimum Qualifications3+ years of hospitality experienceLodging program management backgroundAbility to review existing DTMO lodging programs and processes; collect, review, standardize, and report dataGovernment or commercial travel program experienceGDS experience (Sabre and/or Worldspan) and/or online booking tool supportTicket Management System (TMS) experienceKnowledge of industry best practicesKnowledge of change management plansExperience creating dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analyzing trends
