About the Role

You will work on solutions that often span business processes, data, integration, and multiple technology systems. In this position, you will collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and business partners to identify needs, gather and document requirements, and analyze business processes. You will support solution delivery that improves efficiency and business results. Your role will be meaningful in feature discovery, maintaining documentation and workflows, and aiding testing efforts to confirm solutions meet requirements. Success depends on a strong analytical perspective, working well with others, and the confidence to question, challenge assumptions, and deliver impactful results.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy taking ambiguous business problems, asking the questions others haven’t considered, and working across business and technology teams to turn those problems into well-defined solutions.

  • Partner with Business Technical Analysts and technology teams to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support solution development.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes across systems, data, processes, and downstream workflows.
  • Develop acceptance criteria and assist with testing activities, such as test planning, running tests, addressing defects, and user acceptance testing.
  • Confirm that the solutions provided align with business needs and user expectations.
