About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with a strong product and design focus to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements, customer needs, and internal workflows into clear, actionable product specifications. Your work will directly influence the design and development of our software solutions, ensuring they are user-centric, logically sound, and aligned with strategic company objectives. You will operate at the intersection of business analysis, product management, design, and development, serving as a vital bridge to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will possess a structured mindset, proficiency in design tools like Figma, and a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences that meet both business and user needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and symbol libraries
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional specifications
- Knowledge of user journey mapping, workflow analysis, and system logic
- Ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities within complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Access to a Mac with Figma or equivalent design tools (preferred)
- Dedication, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Ensure the development of well-structured, functional, and user-friendly products
- Translate business and customer requirements into detailed specifications for development teams
- Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
- Utilize the ShadCN design library to assemble product screens and components
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Creative Directors to research, analyze, and prototype new features
- Create user cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize system flows
- Document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure accurate implementation by development teams
- Conduct system and process analysis to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align product development with business goals
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to support ongoing product evolution and team collaboration
