About The Role The department of Information Technology Services at West Virginia University is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join the Research Administration Applications team. This role acts as a vital liaison between the WVU Research Office and the ITS Research Administration Applications team, providing essential business process solutions and technical support to meet the university’s research needs. The Business Analyst will work closely with domain experts to elicit and identify business requirements, address usability concerns, and document comprehensive solutions. As part of the project lifecycle, the role involves supporting software development, managing requirements documentation, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders. The Business Analyst will also assist in system testing, bug tracking, and facilitating user acceptance testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality research administration systems.
