About the role
The Business Analyst-RCS Litigation Support plays a critical role in supporting the RCS Legal and Audit team at Indiana University Health. This position provides timely, accurate, and reliable financial information essential for optimal operational management. Key responsibilities include executing key internal and external financial transactions such as invoice processing and vendor contract management, and serving as a trusted resource for all levels of management.
Responsibilities
- Execute key internal and external financial transactions including invoice processing and vendor contract management.
- Serve as a trusted resource for all levels of management to help them report, understand, and analyze departmental financial performance.
- Support continuous improvement by documenting operational processes, developing comprehensive training materials, and conducting educational programs centered on financial performance and business intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; candidates holding or near completion of a J.D. preferred.
- Ability to work with all levels of healthcare management and staff.
- Basic knowledge of finance and statistics (ROI; NPV; risk; etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytic skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to take initiative and meet objectives.
- Able to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.

Qualifications
- Preferred: J.D. degree.
