Business Analyst Plan, Reports, and Document - Secret

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support Cyber Primes cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Location: Seaside, CA and Alexandria, VA

About the role

This position involves maintaining complete and current order documentation, supporting the preparation of required plans and reports, and developing work artifacts for cybersecurity, privacy, and records management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and current order documentation and support preparation of required plans, reports, and work artifacts.
• Develop and maintain the Risk Management Plan addressing cost, schedule, technical, project, program, security, operations, and technology risks.
• Document risks in the Government-approved risk management system and support weekly risk reviews with appropriate Government staff.
• Support meeting summaries and trip reports, including activity summaries, action items, travel purpose, and required receipts.
• Compile accurate status information for project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, corrective actions, personnel status, and Government actions.
• Serve as an interface with Government and contractor stakeholders to analyze business and reporting needs, document requirements, and coordinate procedures and communications.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.
• Business Analyst I: BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field and a minimum of four years of experience.
• Business Analyst II: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and ten years of experience.
