Business Analyst

About the role

Works under the direction of the Manager to provide application solutions for assigned business areas, interacting with business stakeholders and subject matter experts—both internal and external—to understand their problems and needs.

Responsibilities

• Possesses functional knowledge of assigned application technology, including version releases, industry standards, and legal & regulatory requirements.
• Follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), such as Patient Safety and Compliance.
• Diagnoses and resolves client questions or problems over the telephone or Internet related to system configuration, product functionality, and bugs or enhancements.
• Translates business requirements into product-specific designs, configuration details, requirement specifications, and use cases.
• Delivers functional specifications, design documents, business process workflows, and related documentation for new development projects or enhancement and modification requests.
• Communicates effectively with all parties related to the assigned process area and provides accurate, timely information and appropriate notifications.
• Achieves established goals.
