Responsibilities Support the digital transformation initiatives across sites by implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Operations Technology solutionsImplement reliable, scalable solutions that improve efficiency, equipment performance, and additional benefits based on the technology identifiedDevelop solutions to automate tasks, create custom functions, improve visualizations, and streamline data processesProactively test and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve automation, efficiency, and data integration, working closely with the engineering team around implementationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot emerging solutions and ensuring they align with operational goals and safety standards Required Qualifications Working knowledge of BMS and SCADA applicationsExperience with energy management concepts Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis Understanding of facility systems including HVAC, utilities, and industrial equipmentAbility to interpret and apply control strategies and system logicStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive results independentlyAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeSelf-directed, detailed orientated in completing tasksAble to work under pressure, adapt to changing work efforts and manage the impact of shifting prioritiesDemonstrated understanding and experience with project management tools and strategiesDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, to build strong teams, and to interact with all organizational levels Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience in automation and Operations Technology systemsExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial facility environments In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Health Savings Account, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and Holidays, and Retirement Benefits).
