Key Responsibilities
- Configure new promotions, conduct testing and monitor active offer engagement
- Support the Product Team in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Cook up and organize documentation, including business requirements, user stories, test cases, and training materials
- Cross-check project progress and testing outcomes with technology, marketing, and business partners
- Coordinate with technology teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of updates and new functionalities
- Monitor performance and address any issues that arise post-launch
- Support requirement-gathering activities by documenting business needs from internal stakeholders
- Provide support as needed for audits and general inquiries
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in technology, digital marketing, product management, or marketing operations
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Experience in SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Jira or Confluence is a plus
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industry
- Eagerness to learn digital communication processes and tools within a large, regulated organization
