Business Analyst (Non-IT) 2

About the role

This position provides analytical support to the procurement team by completing financial data analysis, maintaining supplier data, and supporting documentation for price increase approvals and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Complete analysis of financial data including pricing and related metrics
• Support team by completing documentation for price increase approvals and presentations
• Analyze and maintain supplier data such as shipping performance, quality data, or pricing
• Pull data from systems and analyze it
• Put together presentations
• Work with suppliers on improving metrics
• Analyze spend data to help find cost reductions

Team structure & work environment

• Reports to a manager with 5 buyers on the team
• High level of interaction with team members but must be able to work independently
• Fully on-site, first shift (7-3 or 8-4)
• Location: Mossville, IL

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience required
• BS Degree required; Associate's degree accepted with extensive experience
• Master's degree accepted but minimum requirement remains 3 years of experience
• Internships accepted as job experience
• Comparable backgrounds: Buyer, Supply Chain, Procurement

Pay & schedule
