Business Analyst – Management Reporting & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain management reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Work closely with the founding team to identify, design, and execute experiments that contribute to scaling the business and finding product-market fit.
• Continuously improve business processes, seeking out opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to the team, with a focus on actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and process management, incorporating new ideas as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a startup or content creation environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify, learn, and implement new ideas and experiments.
• Strong business acumen, with a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing startups.
