Business Analyst - Local Indiana INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA, UNITED STATES W2 Job Overview Our Direct Client is seeking a Business Analyst to support data, analytics, business operations, and data-governance initiatives associated with a public health infrastructure program. The Business Analyst will provide support across business analysis, data governance, documentation, work management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will be able to translate business needs into actionable requirements and work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and data requirements. Develop and document business and technical requirements and use cases. Support data mapping, metadata, data lineage, data quality, and governance activities. Track project deliverables, timelines, reporting requirements, and implementation activities. Support grant-funded initiatives and associated documentation and reporting requirements. Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and other participating organizations. Support project oversight and alignment with strategic initiatives. Support workshops, training sessions, and user-community activities when needed. Assist with outcomes reporting, sustainability planning, and audit-ready documentation. Analyze issues, identify root causes, and support timely decision-making. Support data analysis lifecycle activities within a business environment. Required Qualifications 4+ years of relevant Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience. Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements and use cases. Experience supporting project documentation, deliverable tracking, and compliance activities. Strong relationship-management and stakeholder-coordination skills. Strong project oversight and organizational skills. Excellent critical thinking, communication, decision-making, and time-management abilities. Important Location Requirement This opportunity is for Indiana-local candidates only.
