Responsibilities
- Incident Resolution & Support: Analyze incidents and technical anomalies, identify root causes, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve technical challenges.
- Application Expertise: Assist Operations users with the functionality of key industry applications, such as FBTI and Loan IQ.
- Knowledge Management: Author comprehensive "How-To" documentation and build a robust local Support Library to empower team members and streamline future troubleshooting.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across various Global Banking business units (Trade Finance, Payments, and Lending) to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Documentation Excellence: Develop high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications documents (FSDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilize Power BI and data analysis tools to create dynamic visualizations and reports that support the Global Banking Operations team.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process flow diagrams of present-state operations and future-state developments to visualize workflows and system designs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate interactive workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to gather insights, align expectations, and drive collaborative problem-solving.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify strategic opportunities to optimize IT systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the overall user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, computer science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in global banking, financial services, or a closely related environment.
- Systems Knowledge: Direct hands-on experience with Loan IQ, FBTI software, or equivalent global banking and lending platforms.
- Domain Expertise: Strong, comprehensive knowledge of global banking products, trade finance, payments, and lending operations.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (such as Power BI), writing SQL queries, and manipulating and analyzing large datasets.
- Leadership & Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and independently drive topics to successful completion.
- Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail and a passion for diagnosing and resolving complex system behaviors.
