Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective digital solutions and workflow improvements.
  • Manage, maintain, and publish content across SharePoint Online and other employee-facing communication platforms.
  • Develop, write, edit, and optimize content that supports employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders, Information Services, and project teams to support system enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, user experience, and digital adoption across internal communication platforms.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Digital Media, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of experience in business systems analysis, digital content management, internal communications, or related roles.
  • Experience: Experience with SharePoint Online, content management systems, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Skills: Strong writing, editing, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge: Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and workflow improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
