Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Map current workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Analyze operational data and summarize key findings
• Create clear reports, process documentation, and project updates
• Support testing and rollout of process or product changes
• Track action items, risks, and business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured questions
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, process mapping, or project-management tools
• Coursework or projects involving business analysis or operations
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
