Business Analyst Intern
About the role
Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new client accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
- Support day-to-day business operations including updating internal systems, tracking project progress, and maintaining records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions around business goals and process improvements.
- Help prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; entry‑level role, but some experience in a financial institution is beneficial.

Pay
Target range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour; actual starting pay varies based on geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Schedule
Interns choose between two sessions: Session 1: May 25 – August 13; Session 2: June 14 – September 3.
