Business Analyst Intern

About the role

Join our collaborative and creative group of data scientists and machine learning engineers to build models that directly impact hundreds of thousands of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy machine learning models using analytical algorithms and deep learning approaches.
• Conduct market research to outline market dynamics, including commonly offered financial products.
• Develop KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to guide business and manage profitability and performance.
• Consolidate and analyze data using Excel, Tableau, and SQL to guide the business.
• Create process maps for customer experience and supporting business processes.
• Manage the technical integration with our partners.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's in engineering, science, mathematics, or applied analytics.
• At least 1 year of experience in business analytics.
• In-depth knowledge in statistics and process improvement.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Tableau/Power Query, Excel (vlookup, VBA), and SQL (all join types, group by, order by, calculated columns).
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
