Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools such as BPMN
- Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of agile methodologies and iterative development
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
