Business Analyst
About the Role
The SCM Business Analytics Manager is responsible for leading business analytics, reporting, and technology initiatives across the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization. This role transforms operational and financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, improve supply chain performance, and optimize planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver actionable insights to Supply Chain leadership.
Analyze overall SCM performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop reports that support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
Present business performance metrics to senior leadership.
Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards.
Develop KPI dashboards for:
- On-Time Delivery
- Fill Rate
- Actual vs. Plan
- Supply Chain Performance
Improve reporting accuracy and visualization capabilities.
Support executive reporting requirements.
Improve supply chain data warehouse design.
Develop Alteryx workflows and analytical models.
Build scalable reporting and automation solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms.
Lead demand planning analysis and forecasting workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning accuracy.
Develop standardized forecasting methodologies.
Refined SOPs and planning processes for operational efficiency.
Lead financial reporting and ad hoc analysis for Supply Chain.
Collaborate with Accounting, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Manage end-to-end periodic price audit processes.
Coordinate pricing reconciliation with Distribution Centers and Accounting.
Analyze pricing compliance issues.
Support corrective actions and business recommendations.
Manage the process of periodic price audits.
Identify operational improvement opportunities.
Develop automation tools and analytical models.
Create standardized templates and reporting solutions.
Led continuous improvement initiatives across SCM.
Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, and Operations teams.
Support enterprise-wide business initiatives.
Lead strategic analytics projects.
Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain and Business Analytics experience.
Progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain Management.
Experience in multi-unit food service or restaurant operations preferred.
Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment (required upon hire).
Completion of annual company training requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Supply Chain Management within the food service or restaurant industry.
Advanced Business Intelligence experience.
Expertise in analytics automation.
Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives.
Strong financial and operational analysis background.

Salary: $112,500 – $158,000 annually
