About the Role

The Business Analyst I, II, or III supports senior analysts and assists in documenting work procedures and business requirements. They gather and analyze data, help support continual improvement, streamline processes, and support business information systems. This includes assisting in gathering requirements, testing, reporting, and basic system problem solving and configuration. They also assist in developing and performing training, participate in customer implementations/change management, and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Business Analyst I: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR Four (4) years of experience working in a related business function.
• Business Analyst II: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, AND Two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes; OR Four (4) years of experience working in related business function, AND Two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes; OR Six (6) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes.
• Business Analyst III: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, AND Four (4) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes; OR Four (4) years of experience working in a related business function, AND Four (4) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes; OR Eight (8) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Driver's License may be required with a good driving record.

Skills

The ideal candidate will be curious and bring business analyst, functional and high-level technical expertise. They will partner with the IT Division to manage system operations, including business requirements, design, development, testing, training, maintenance and support. This position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure data integrity and security.

$83,640.00 - $164,512.00 annually
