Your journey begins at our corporate headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where you will participate in an intensive six-week onboarding experience focused on: Building advanced professional, business, and technology capabilitiesDeveloping deep knowledge of the energy industry, Williams' business model, and commercial operationsStrengthening financial analysis, business planning, decision-making, and risk management skillsEnhancing communication, collaboration, leadership, and executive presenceDeveloping data analytics, automation, business intelligence, AI, and digital problem-solving capabilitiesGaining proficiency in tools and technologies used to support business operations and decision-makingBuilding the resilience and adaptability required to succeed in a dynamic, high-accountability industry Following the six-week onboarding experience, you will transition into a business assignment for the remainder of the 12-month program. Your assignment will be selected based on both business needs and your professional development goals. Most placements are located in Tulsa, OK, or Houston, TX. If relocation is required, Williams will provide relocation assistance to support your move.
