Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will support the implementation and expansion of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) for the Client. Key responsibilities include acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements related to identity governance, automated user provisioning, and application onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements related to identity governance, automated user provisioning, and application onboarding
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support the successful application onboarding, process mapping, and compliance support
• Ensure seamless identity management solutions aligned with organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of Business or Systems Analysis experience supporting software development projects
• Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), including entitlements, target aggregations, certification campaigns, and application onboarding

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Certification or equivalent
• Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMP, CSM certifications
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps, Power BI, ServiceNow, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Public sector or large ERP transformation experience (plus)
