Business Analyst (HBITS-07-14503)

Responsibilities

• Eliciting and extracting detailed business requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts.
• Developing and maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing those tests, validating test results, and logging/tracking related defects.
• Writing and tuning SQL scripts.
• Using Client Quality Center/ALM.
• Working with systems related to criminal justice processing such as statistical reporting, disposition processing, fingerprint identification processing, criminal history updating, Sex Offender management, tracking of Wanted/Missing persons, or other applications utilized by law enforcement.

Requirements

84 months experience eliciting/extracting detailed business requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts.

84 months experience developing/maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing those tests, validating test results, and logging/tracking related defects.

48 months experience writing and tuning SQL scripts.

24 months experience using Client Quality Center/ALM.

24 months experience with systems related to criminal justice processing (including but not limited to: statistical reporting, disposition processing, fingerprint identification processing, criminal history updating, Sex Offender management, tracking of Wanted/Missing persons, or other applications utilized by law enforcement).
