About the role
Pinnacle Method Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in ERP systems within the Oil & Gas industry. This is a contract role with a direct client.
Responsibilities
- Access and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Work closely with clients to ensure that the ERP system meets their specific needs and objectives
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the ERP system, including user guides and training materials
- Provide support to users and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ERP system through feedback and suggestions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant position with a software company, or as a business analyst on a company project team for large-scale development projects
- 3+ years of experience with Acumatica, or another ERP solution
- Midmarket Oil and Gas Industry systems experience
- Proven ability to learn existing systems in an expeditious manner
- Hands-on experience, creating/extending products in ERP domains
- Ability to consistently produce in a fast-paced environment as an individual contributor and team member
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize tasks and deliver on-time
- Fluent written and spoken English (B1+)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience in market and competitor analysis, road-mapping, features prioritizing
- Experience in the development of ERPs, Inventory, Distribution, Field Services, CRM, Billing, Backoffice
- Experience in the development of cloud-based products
- Experience working on Agile Development Teams
- Experience with tools such as Moqups, Jira/Confluence, and SharePoint
