Business Analyst, Enterprise Applications

Responsibilities

• Collect, clarify, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable, high-quality documentation.
• Study business functions to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies for enhancing operational efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT, assisting with the selection, development, and implementation of new technology, including AI/automation.
• Utilize data modeling techniques to assess current company performance and create actionable, data-driven reports.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment of goals.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct audits to ensure system improvements meet business needs.
• Maintain controls and compliance, especially data governance.
• Identify control improvements and advancements, provide recommendations, and carry out implementation plans as required.
• Collaborate with employees across all departments to identify and mitigate risks to the adoption of new processes and systems.
• Advise and support project teams to ensure that change management activities are incorporated into project plans and acted upon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or IT-related roles.
• Direct knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O is a plus.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similar enterprise-scale platforms is required.
• A track record of supporting complex system implementations or upgrades is a plus.
• Experience with ITSM systems like DevOps or Jira is a plus.
• Project Management or related certifications (e.g., CAPM, CompTIA, PMP, CSM) is a plus.
• Proficiency with SQL, relational database tools, data visualization software is a plus.
• Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
