WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Supports recurring reporting, data validation, and administrative workflows tied to sales performance and incentive-related processes.
  • Helps ensure reporting files, trackers, and system data remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Provides critical support during a busy period where timely and accurate data management is essential.
  • Assists with Excel-heavy reporting, SQL-related data pulls, data cleanup, and discrepancy research.
  • Allows the broader team to stay focused on analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder support by helping manage key administrative and reporting tasks.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data cleanup, and large data set management.
  • SQL exposure or hands-on SQL experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting reporting, analytics, data administration, finance operations, sales operations, HRIS, payroll, or business operations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information in data.
  • Comfortable maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, reporting files, and recurring deliverables.
  • Ability to balance routine administrative tasks with ad hoc analytical requests.
  • Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Prior exposure to commissions, sales compensation, incentive reporting, or finance operations is helpful, but not required.
