THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data cleanup, and large data set management.
- SQL exposure or hands-on SQL experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting reporting, analytics, data administration, finance operations, sales operations, HRIS, payroll, or business operations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information in data.
- Comfortable maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, reporting files, and recurring deliverables.
- Ability to balance routine administrative tasks with ad hoc analytical requests.
- Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Prior exposure to commissions, sales compensation, incentive reporting, or finance operations is helpful, but not required.
