About the role
The Business Analyst at Mohawk Industries plays a crucial role in facilitating and supporting CRM applications and projects. They collaborate with various departments to understand business needs, document requirements, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team to support business owners.
- Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
- Provide functional and technical support on CRM projects.
- Avoid incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems.
- Absorb guidance from senior team members to develop, configure, and test CRM applications.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decision-making.
- Utilize tools and techniques to extract valuable information from diverse datasets.
- Serve as a second-tier support provider for sales support, troubleshooting, and research and resolution of issues.
- Assist in testing new system modules or system improvements in cooperation with the QA Teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 2-4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Preferred Salesforce Administration Certifications.
- Experience with other CRM applications desirable; SAP preferred.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
